NOTICE is hereby given that the Annual General Body Meeting of the Federation will be held at 2. p.m. on Sunday, 4th August 2013 at Hotel Classic, North AOC, Imphal, Manipur - 795001.

The Agenda of the meeting is enclosed, along with other required documents. You are requested to intimate names of Authorised Representative before 13th July 2013, on the enclosed form for attending the meeting.
