Opening of JFI Training Centres in Guwahati and Aizawl

Judo Federation of India (JFI) is setting up “JFI Training Centres” all over India for providing Best Judo training facilities to the Judo Players at Club level.

The purpose of setting up the JFI Training Centres is to identify young talented Judo players between 13- 21 years age groups, and train them under qualified Judo coaches with modern training facilities. The JFI Training Centres are working on Joint Operation System between Judo Federation of India and the Sate Judo Associations.

JFI has already opened 10 Training Centres in various cities of India like Anantapur (Andhra Pradesh), Sonepat and Narnaul (Haryana), Jallandhar and Gurdashpur (Punjab), Haridwar (Uttarakhand), Imphal (Manipur),  Delhi; and 2 Centres in Kolkata (West Bengal). The JFI provides Judo Kits as well as Training Equipment to these training centres. Special Coaching Camps under National and International Coaches are also organised by JFI.
Two more JFI Training centres are being opened at Guwahati (Assam) and Aizawl (Mizoram).  On 30th April 2017, the 11th JFI Training Centre will be opened at Guwahati at 3.00 P.M. Shri Naba Kumar Doley, Hon’ble Sports Minister, Govt. of Assam will open the Training Centre. Hon’ble Mayor  of Guwahati, and local MLA will also be present alongwith JFI Officials.

On 3rd May 2017, the 12th JFI Training centre will be started at Aizawl. And the opening ceremony will be held at 11.00 am. at Mizoram Judo Hall, Zemabawk North, Aizawl Mizoram.
