Indian Girls won 3 Bronze in the 18th Asian Junior Judo Championships 2017 Bishkek

18 member Indian Junior Judo Team ( 8 boys + 8 girls + 2 coaches ) participated in the 18th Asian Junior Judo Championships at Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan on 15th & 16th  July 2017 . Indian Girls shown excellent performance in this Asian Championships and won 3 Bronze medals.

1] Ms.Preety of Uttar Pradesh won Bronze medal in below 44 Kg. weight category. In the first bout she won over Chinese Taipei and loose to Uzbekistan. However in the repechage bout she beat Kazakhstan and secured Bronze.

2] Ms. Pincky Balhara of Delhi won Bronze medal in below 52Kg. Weight Category. There was 12 competitors in this category and Ms. Balhara beat Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan in the preliminaries and loose to Chinese Taipei in the third bout. In the repechage she beat Korea and secured Bronze medal.

3] Ms. Tulika Maan of Delhi won Bronze medal in Above 78Kg weight category. In the first bout she got loose to Chinese Taipei, however in the repechage bouts she beat Mongolian Judokas for the Bronze.
