Sub.: Participation in the Grand Masters events of the Commonwealth Judo Championships 2018, Jaipur

Sir/Madam,

In continuation to the circular regarding the participation in the Grand Masters events of the Commonwealth Judo Championships 2018 Jaipur, I would like to clarify the following points for your further necessary action:

The entries submitted by the State Judo Associations/UTs and Departmental Units by 14th October 2018 only will consider to participate in the said events, subject fulfilling the criteria:

1] The participants must report to the Hotel Clarks Amer Jaipur on 6th November 2018 before noon to complete the accreditation.

2] Each participants must stay in the official hotel Clarks Amer Jaipur minimum for two nights and the charges for stay with breakfast per person per night is US$100 ( U.S. Dollars – One hundred only ), which is to be paid in cash on arrival at Jaipur. Check-in on 6th Nov. by noon and Check-out on 8th Nov. morning 11.am.. The room will be double sharing basis with complimentary Breakfast.

3] Must hold a current & valid membership card issued by JFI, those who have not the registration card is to pay a sum of Rs.500/- ( Rupees Five hundred only ).

4] Must pay the entry fee of Rs.5000/- ( Rupees Five thousand only ) to JFI.

5] Provide photographic proof of their identity & date of birth, using a valid current passport or a current national identity proof e.g. Aadhar card, License , Election card.

6]  Must be a minimum 1st kyu grade and copy of the same to be submitted to JFI during the accreditation.

7] The participant should not have represented the national team in a competition at International senior level at any time, in the 12 months period.

8] Judogi Rules: Must have a White & Blue judogi. It must conform to the current regulations of IJF, regarding size, material etc. It is not mandatory to have the judogi of IJF approved manufacturers.

10] Contest Time:

In case of a tie, at the end of 1 minute- Golden Score, the Referee in consultation with the Table jury will determine the winner without calling for a hantei. These relaxations for Masters/Veterans are as per Sports & Organisational Rules 2018 of IJF.

11] Each participant must paid an amount EURO-45 is to be paid to Commonwealth Judo Association as inscription fee.

Please clarify the above terms and conditions to all of your participants of Grand Masters.
