Dear Judokas,

As you are aware that JFI has conducted open selection trials on 7th and 8th July 2019 at National Bal Bhavan, New Delhi; for selecting Indian Judo Teams of Pre-Cadets, Senior and Two weight categories of Juniors.

JFI also conducted Open selection trials from 10th to 13th June 2019 at SAI Bhopal for selecting Indian Cadet and Junior Teams for Asian Oceania Cadet and Junior Judo Championships 2019 and other events.

In view of the above JFI decided to select the Indian Judo Teams of Pre-Cadet, Cadet, Junior and Senior teams from the above Trials conducted at Bhopal and Delhi. It is also decided that the JFI will recommend the names of all the winners and runner-ups of each weight categories of Cadet, Junior and Senior to Govt. for the Govt. Cost however all the winners and runner-ups of Pre-Cadets, can participate at Own Cost (approximate Rs.1.25 Lakhs ). In case, Govt. doesn’t not sanction at Govt. Cost, all the above are needs to meet all the expenses to participate in the Commonwealth Judo Championships 2019.

The Commonwealth Judo Championships 2019 will be held from 25th to 30th September 2019 at University of Wolver Hampton, Sports Centre Walsal Campus, Walsall, West Midlands, England and the Air-port is Birmingham International Airport.  The official arrival is 24th September and departure is 30thSeptember 2019.

According to the above trails, the following players of DELHI have been selected to participate in the above Commonwealth Judo Championships:

If agreed the above conditions to participate, the following are to be completed by each players:

1] Original NOC and Undertaking (signed by the parents/spouse/Deptt., on injury, Insurance, Anti-Dope test and return back to India ) on Rs.100 stamp paper duly notarized by Notary Public and to enclosed the PAN Card/Passport copies of parents.

2] All the players required to make Own arrangements for their stay during the Championships, for which no restrictions from the Organizers, however they have given many references for different categories of hotels.

3] All the players also to make their Travel arrangements as per the above arrival and departure schedule, and to obtain Visa in time. JFI will issue support letter for Visa.

4] All other required / mandatory requirements as per the rules and regulations of the Commonwealth Judo Championships 2019 (   Entry Fee, Judo Dress, Back Numbers etc. ). More details about the CWJC 2019 is attached.

You are requested to confirm the name of Judo players those who are willing to participate with the above terms and conditions, ALONG-WITH COPY OF PASSPORT; before 26th July 2019.
