ASIAN OCEANIA CADET & JUNIOR JUDO CHAMPIONSHIPS – 2019 – TAIPEI: Ms. Tababi Devi Thanjam Silver medalist of the Youth Olympic Games 2018 maintain her supremacy in the below 48Kg weight Category of the Asian Oceania Cadet Judo Championships 2019 held from 28th to 30th July 2019 at Taipei. In the meantime Ms. Mansi bagged Silver in below 44Kg wt. Cty, and Ms. Priya   ( -40Kg )  Ms. Unnati Sharma ( -63Kg ) , Mr. Sohan Singh (-55kg ) , Mr. Bishal Singh ( -66Kg ) are settled with Bronze medals. 7 Boys and 8 Girls with 2 Coaches of Indian Cadet team participated in this event, however 6 Men and 7 Women with 2 Coaches of Indian Judo Team also participated in the Asian Oceania Junior Judo Championships 2019.

 

ASIAN OPEN 2019 – TAIPEI: Soon after the Asian Cadet and Junior, the ASIAN OPEN for Seniors held from 2nd to 4th August 2019 at the same venue of Taipei, and Ms. Tulika Maan won the Bronze medal in above 78Kg Weight Category.  5 Men and 6 Women with 2 Coaches participated in this Olympic Qualifying event at Taipei.
