Sub.  : Open Selection Trials for Junior  (Boys & Girls) at Chandigarh University in conjunction with National Sub-Junior and Cadet Judo Championships - 2021

 

 Sir/Madam,

Judo Federation of India is holding an Open Selection Trials for Junior  (Men and Women ) for Two Weight Categories  i.e. -44Kg Girls & -55Kg Boys  on 10th November 2021 at  Indoor Stadium, Chandigarh University, NH-95 Ludhiana – Chandigarh State Highway, Kharar, Punjab - 140413.

The selection trials are conducting to select the Indian JUNIOR ( Men & Women ) Judo Team for the Asia Oceania Junior Judo Championships – 2021. The Asia Oceania Junior Judo Championships-2021 is scheduled to be held from 2nd to 5th December 2021 in Lebanon and Khelo India Youth Games in February 2022.

 

As per the approved ACTC (Annual Calendar of Training and Competition) for the year 2021-22, the participation of Junior Team in this event approved for 7 men + 7 women. However JFI will request to the Government to approve the weight categories as 8 men + 8 women. In case the Govt. does not approve at Govt. Cost., both the athletes who will be selected for -44Kg and -55kg, needs to meet all the expenses for the participation in the above event, and an undertaking must be submitted to JFI for the confirmation of participation/entry, soon after the above trials.

 

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS TO PARTICIPATE IN THE SAID TRIALS:

 

1]  RT-PCR TEST Report (Negative) validity 72 Hours of the accreditation, i.e. 9th NOV. 2021 )

2]             Face Mask

3]             Passport in Original with minimum validity must be till June 2022 

4]             Self-Declaration duly filled and signed (format attached - hard copy must be submitted during   accreditation)

 5]           An amount of Rs.300/- ( Rupees Three hundred only ) to be paid as Entry Fee

6]           No players will be allowed to go outside of the venue until his/her bouts over.

7]           Age Proof (Birth Certificate which must be issued within 5 years after birth) as in Passport.

8]           All the players/officials must follow the Covid-19 Protocol as per Govt. revised SOP (copy attached).

I]              FIRST OF ALL, PARTICIPANTS MUST BE REGISTERED WITH JFI Registration System :

II]             SECONDLY ALL THE PARTICIPANTS / JUDO PLAYERS MUST BE SUBMITTED THEIR              ENTRY THROUGH THEIR RESPECTIVE STATE/DEPARTMENT IN THE GOOGLE FORM,       FOR  WHICH  YOU  MAY VISIT THE BELOW LINK:

III]            THE FINAL DATE FOR SUBMITTING THE FINAL ENTRY IN THE GOOGLE FORM IS                         
                31st OCTOBER 2021 By 5.p.m.

III]            ALL STATE/DEPARTMENT Units are requested to send the compiled List / final list those who      are submitted their entries in the Google to JFI EMAIL: jfiindia@gmail.com  soon after             complete the entries in Google Form.

IV]           ENTIRES WILL BE ACCEPTED THROUGH JFI AFFILIATED MEMBERS ONLY, NO DIRECT ENTRY ALLOWED AND NOE ENTRY WILL BE ENTERTAINED AFTER THE DEADLINE ( i.e. 31/10/21 ).
