appointed  for the Khelo India University Games -2022 (as per the attached list) 

 

Dear all, 

 

As all of you are aware, the 2nd edition of the Khelo India University Games will be held from 24th April to 3rd May 2022 in Karnataka; and Judo competitions will be held from 27th to 30th April 2022 at Jain University Global Campus, Bengaluru, Karnataka. 

 

I am happy to inform you that as per the recommendation of the Technical Council, JFI; you have been appointed Technical Official for officiating in the above Games. Please note the following points:

 1.      Reporting date is 25th/26th April 2022 and departure date is 1st May 2022

2.       Boarding & Lodging will be provided to you.

3.       Officiating and Traveling allowance  will reimburse as per the norms. 

4.       National Technical Officials(NTOs) will be provided 2nd tier AC train fare, and International Technical officials (ITOs) will be provided economy class  airfare/2nd tier AC train fare.

 

It is important that all the Technical Officials must travel by shortest route from resident state to host state. Local conveyance from residence to nearest railway station / airport and back is applicable. Booking of Air tickets/flights, shall be done from the Government approved Agencies i.e. M/s Ashok Tour & Travel or M/s Balmer Lawrie & Co. Ltd., or IRCTC.  JFI will reimburse the Travelling Allowances on submission of Travel Proof along with the TA-DA Form, which is to be submitted on reporting at Venue. Without submission of respective travel proof, Travelling Allowance will not be reimbursed, which may be noted.
 

IT is necessary that all the participating Technical Officials must be REGISTERED in the portal https://nsrs.kheloindia.gov.in., therefore please register yourself at the earliest.   Please also send your confirmation as well as Uniform Sizes before 11th April 2022 to JFI.
