Sub.: IJF Refereeing & Coaching Seminar - 2024 Gyor, Hungary

Dear All,
I am directed by the Hon'ble Administrator, Judo Federation of India to inform you that the International Judo Federation ( IJF ) is holding the Refereeing & Coaching Seminar - 2024 from 19th to 21st January 2023 at Gyor, Hungary.

All the International & Continental Referees and the Coaches who having JFI 3rd Dan or above are eligible to send the nominations and the last date for submitting the nomination to JFI is 12th December 2023 along with the following documents / terms and conditions:

1] JFI Registration and Process Fee Rs.15,000/- ( Rupees Fifteen Thousand only ) must be transferred to the JFI Account before the deadline.
2] Passport Copy ( 1st and last page ) and a Photograph with White background is to be submitted before the deadline
3] All must be get registered in Judobase by making IJF Registration Fee through JFI before the deadline
4] Obtaining Visa is the responsibility of the individual, JFI will provide visa request letter for the Embassy of Hungary
5] The individual must be paid the Hotel charges to the Organizer's account in Hungary before 20th December 2023
6] Copy of the Certificate - for Referee International / Continental and Coaches must submit their Dan Certificate ( 3rd Dan or above ) along with the application.
7] Required to send the JFI Registration duly filled and signed.

8] THE PARTICIPATION WILL BE AT OWN COST

The applications/nominations received after 12th December 2023 will not be considered.

INFORMATION ABOUT THE SEMINAR

 

1] Venue: Szechenyi István University

Address: Egyetem tér 1, 9026 Győr, Hungary.

 

2] Participation:

Refereeing and Coaching Seminar 2024 is open for all IJF Member Federations, especially for National Federations’ highest-level Referees and Coaches.

Clothing: Only white judogi.

Note for European Federations: National Federations represented on this Seminar will be able to nominate referees for the EJU events during 2024.

 

3] Fees: No seminar participation fees are required.

Friday, January 19th 2023

10:00 – 18:00 Arrival of participants in Hotel Raba

Saturday, January 20th

08:00 – 08:30 Entrance in the Seminar room at Szechenyi Istvan University

08:30 – 09:00 Opening Ceremony

09:00 – 12:00 Refereeing Seminar

15:00 – 18:00 Coaching Seminar

Sunday, January 21st

09:00 – 12:00 Refereeing Seminar

15:00 – 18:00 Refereeing Seminar

19:30 Official dinner (Venue TBC)

Monday, January 22nd

All day Departure of participants

5] Registration:

All participants must be registered via JUDOBASE, with a valid IJF ID Card.

6] Transfer:

Budapest International Airport or Vienna International Airport

The organizer will provide transfers between Budapest/Vienna International and Raba Hotel in Gyor, and local transfer between Raba Hotel and Seminar Venue.

Note: Pick up of participants will be at Budapest/Vienna Airport Meeting Point.

7] Accommodation:

Hotel Raba: Address: Árpád út 34, 9021 Győr, Hungary

The accommodation price per participant for 3 nights (full board) is:

- 480 Euro in a double/twin room

- 600 Euro in a single room.

Note: Full board starts with dinner on Friday, January 19th, 2024 and ends with breakfast on Monday, January 22nd, 2024.

In case of any damage to hotel property caused by participants, the National Federations will be charged by the organizer.

8] Payments:

Payments for accommodation should be registered on the organiser’s bank account at the latest on December 20th, 2023.

9] Cancellation fee:

Before 20th December 2023: no charge
From 21st December 2023 to 5th January 2024: 50% refund

After 5th January 2024: no refund
