In continuation to the JFI Letter Nos. JFI/AGM/2017/136, Dated 8th November 2017, and JFI/GB/2017-18/144, dated 16th November 2017, I am directed to highlight  the following important points for submitting Nominations for the Election of Office bearers and Members of the Executive Committee 2017-21.

1] Reference Letter of Retuning Officer dated 15th November 2017, para 2 ( 5 ), eligibility of Candidate as per the Govt. Guidelines / Sports Code:

a]  To submit a copy of the Date of Birth Proof  ( self-attested )

b]  NOC from the respective Government Department / PUC ( in case of Govt. Employee )

The Nominations Forms also to be submitted in person or through Authorized person in the Office of Returning Officer between 18th to 24th November 2017 ( time between 12 noon to 4.p.m. ). The address of the Office of the Returning Officer is given below :
