Reg.:  Arrangements and Logistics for participants in JFI Election

Sir/Madam,

In continuation of the Notice and Schedule dated 10/01/2018, as a member of the Electoral College you are requested to be present to cast your vote at the JFI elections.

           Date               :           10th February 2018

            Time              :           10.00 AM onwards

            Venue            :           Mandala Banquet Hall, Hotel Jaypee Siddharth, 3 Rajendra Place, New Delhi-11008.

Out-station members are requested to intimate in advance whether they require any room booking and, if so, for which date. JFI will cover the room rent for the minimum period.

                                                                                                                
All voter-participants are requested to bring their ID card with proof of Age. The candidates, may kindly carry with them the acknowledgment receipt received from the Returning Officer while filing their Nomination Form.

 
All candidates are requested to come prepared to make a brief presentation on their Plan/Vision which they hope to achieve in case they are elected to the post. Arrangement has been made at the venue for laptop and projector with screen.
