Sub.: JFI Election – 2018 and Activity of the General Secretary, JFI

 

Dear All,

This is to inform you that the report of the Returning Officer on the JFI Election conducted by the Returning Officer appointed the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi on 10th February 2018 was submitted to the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi for the acceptance.

The hearing of the Writ Petition (Civil) No; 10353/2017 has taken place before the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi on 24th May 2018 and the report of the Returning Officer regarding the JFI Election was accepted by the Hon'ble Court in its entirety including the report related with the election of the post General Secretary.

Since the powers of the General Secretary have earlier been withdrawn due to the compliance of the Court order dated 9th April 2018 and now in view of the order dated 24th May 2018 passed by the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi, the powers of the General Secretary, Shri. Man Mohan Jaiswal are hereby restored (copy attached).

It is notified accordingly.
