Sub.: Participation of Indian VETERAN Judo Players in the World Judo Championships for Veterans at their Own Cost

 

Dear sir/madam,

I am directed by the Hon'ble Mr. Justice Pankaj Naqvi ( Retd.), Administrator, JFI, to inform you that JFI is permitting the Veteran Judo Players to participate in the Krakow World Championships for Veterans, Poland scheduled from 8th to 11th September 2022 at their Own Cost subject to the fulfilment of the following criteria / requirements:

Eligibility Criteria/Requirements:

1] He/She must be a retired player from the participation in the National Senior Judo Championships

2] He/She must be above 30 years of Age

3] He/She must have participated in the Senior National Judo Championships

4] He/She must be Black Belt ( 1st Dan ) of JFI

5] All those who have participated in the Commonwealth Judo Championships 2019 Birmingham

6] A non-refundable amount of Rs.10,000/- ( Rupees Ten thousand only ) must have to be deposited by such participants to JFI by a Demand Draft in favour of JUDO FEDERATION OF INDIA. No Cash or Transfer is allowed.  

7] All the participants must be eligible subject to rules and regulations of the Krakow World Championships for Veterans, Poland 2022 and to follow the required instructions. The details of the same are attached.

8] Individuals are responsible for their Air-ticketing, Visa, Entry Fee, Hotel Reservation etc, and the JFI will not be responsible for the same.

9] Name of participants should be sent to JFI through State/Dept. Units. No individual entry shall be entertained by the JFI.

10] All the participants must submit an undertaking on an affidavit on Rs.100 stamp paper that he/she or his/her trainees are not involved in violation of Anti-doping rules , Age frauds, Sexual and mental harassment case and has never been penalized nor is any enquiry pending / ongoing against him/her as also that will he/she will not be involved in any indiscipline matters during the visit for this World Veteran Judo Championships 2022 which will jeopardize the name of the federation and India.

If anyone is found guilty, he/ she will be liable to pay a sum of Rs. 50,000 ( Rupees fifty thousand only) as penalty to the JFI as well as the JFI may debar him/her forever.

You are therefore, requested to send the names of the eligible Veteran Judo Players to JFI on or before 29th July 2022 to JFI alongwith the scanned copy of the 1st and last page of Passport  and a Passport Size Photograph ( with white background ), for sending the Entries to the Organisers.
