Sub.: Induction of new JFI Registration System for all Athletes and Officials

Dear sir/madam, 

I am directed by the Hon'ble Administrator JFI to inform you that at present JFI is maintaining the Registration manually as the previous JFI Online Registration System introduced in the year 2019 could not followed by most of the JFI members. Manual system has its limitations due to the fact that many individuals are not getting their registration cards in time, as well as errors in their data. 

In view of the above it is resolved by the JFI Advisory Committee to introduce a New Registration System which may be opened to all individuals directly with a payment Gateway, and can download their Registration Card from the system.  The manual of the software is attached for your kind information and guidance.

The States/UT/Deptt. authorities can monitor the status of the registration of their athletes and officials as well as to download the details of their registered members. In case of any objection to the registered member/s, the respective authority can inform JFI and the JFI Admin can do the appropriate action, including deletion / ban etc.. 

By introducing the above system JFI as well as the Member Associations can also get figures of the total athletes, officials as well as their correct data. It may also be an important factor for the election of Athlete's Commission as per the proposed JFI Constitution, where the Candidates and voters are eligible from the registered list only.

Considering the maintenance of the Website and other JFI expenses the JFI Registration Fee has been revised w.e.f 2024 is as under:

Athletes	Rs.2,000/-	Two years ( f.y. )
Officials ( Referees, Coaches, Managers, National / State Officials etc. )	Rs.6,000/-	Two years ( f.y. )

You are therefore requested to inform / direct all the Judokas/athletes, Coaches, Referees and other officials to get register with the JFI system, as it is mandatory for participating in the JFI events, as well as the international participation.

The User ID and Password for the respective States/UTs will be sent separately for monitoring and downloading the details of the registered athletes and officials.
