Sub. : Practical Test - National Diploma in Coaching ( NDIC ) – 2020-21

Sir/Madam,

I am directed by Hon’ble Administrator JFI to inform you that Judo Federation of India is conducting the Practical Test of the National Diploma in Coaching ( NDIC ) from 1st to 3rd July 2024 at Indira Gandhi Indoor Stadium, Shimla, Himachal Pradesh, after the JFI Seminar.

The Tentative Schedule is as under:

3rd July 2024	Practical Examination – NDIC	09:00 ~ 17:00
4th July 2024	Departure of all participants	00:00 ~ 12:00

 

1] Examination Requirements: The assessment practical session for will be conducted by the Technical Experts on the theory & practical Test. All the examinees must be bringing their Judogi as well as their presentation if any for the examination.

2] JFI Registration: It is mandatory that all the examinees must be registered with the JFI online Registration System, where the individuals can submit the registration form, make the payment and download the Registration Card which is valid for Two Years. Please do the JFI Registration before 15th June 2024

3]  Examination Fee:

An amount of Rs.6,000/- ( Rupees Six thousand only ) is payable to JFI towards practical examination Fee, which can be either transfer to the JFI Account ( QR Code is attached ) or can be paid in Cash during the accreditation on 30th June 2024.

• In case of Transfer details (UTR/UTI Numbers, Date of transfer, time) is required to submit during accreditation.

4] Boarding & Lodging:

I] All the participants can be booked their Boarding & Lodging through the Local Organizers i.e. H.P. Judo
   Association.

II] According to the H.P. Judo Association the charges towards the boarding and lodging charges are as under:

• Dormitory Accommodation per person per night with Full meals for 3 nights – Rs.3,600/
• Hotel Accommodation (twin sharing) per person per night with Full meals for 3 nights – Rs.6,000/-
• Participants can also make their own arrangements.
