Sub. : National Diploma in Officiating ( NDIO – Referee ) Seminar and Examination 2025-26, Kolkata

Sir/Madam,

I am directed by Hon’ble Administrator, Judo Federation of India ( JFI ) to inform you that on the sad demise of Shri. Thapan Bhakshi, Hony. Secretary, West Bengal Judo Association and the Organising Secretary of the Junior National, and on request of the West Bengal Judo Association JFI forced to postpone the JUNIOR National Judo Championships – 2025 - 26 ( Men & Women ) and the NDIO Seminar  & Examination 2025-26.

The New dates and Venue for the NDIO Seminar and Examination are as under:

1] Dates : 21st to 26th January 2026

2] Venue : "Calcutta Judo Club", Mayo Road, Adjacent to Park Street, Kolkata-700069.
 All the Examinees are requested to report this Venue. The Google location Link is given below:
