Sub.: INVITATION for Appointment of JFI Official Supplier

Dear Friends,

Judo Federation of India ( JFI ) is an apex body promoting the Sport of `Judo ‘ in India. JFI is the only body recognized by the Government of India, Indian Olympic Association, Judo Union of Asia and the International Judo Federation for coordinating Judo events in India.  JFI is having 39 State/Deptt.  affiliated Units, and regularly organizing Three National Judo Championships ( Sub-Junior, Junior and Senior Category ) and also National Federation Cup Judo Championships every year. JFI also sending Indian Judo Teams abroad for International Judo Tournaments and Games.

In the National Judo Championships approximately 500-600 Judo Players from all over India, are participating in each Championships and Indian Judo Teams going abroad atleast 8-10 International events. In addition to the above JFI also hosting International Judo Tournaments, Seminars etc.. Mostly all the National Championships will be Live/Differed telecasts in the DD Sports, and approximately 4000 - 5000 spectators witness the events.

We invite your Company/Firm to become the Official Supplier of the Judo Federation of India, for the following items:

The Company biding for the Official Supplier must meet the following requirements:

- Must a registered company
- Must have TIN Number and ST No.

The following benefits offered for the Official supplier:

- JFI will recommend the company for it’s members requirements
- A stall is allowed to sale the items during the National Judo Events
- JFI will display official suppliers details during the National Events
- JFI will display official suppliers details in the JFI Website: www.onlinejfi.org, also a link to the suppliers Website.

If you are interested to become the Official Supplier of Judo Federation of India, you are requested to send your interest with the Sample of Items, and the proposed amount of Donation per year. The deadline of receiving the sample items and other informations to JFI Office ( WZ-114-E, Todapur, New Delhi – 110012 ) is 10th September 2014.
