Sub.: Participation in the Olympic Qualifying Events – 2015

Dear Judoka,

I would like to inform you that, considering some request from Judo players, and your performance as First / Second position in the Open Selection Trials conducted by JFI on 8th Sept. 2015, JFI will permit you as a special case to participate in the following Olympic Qualifying Events to be held in the year 2015, at your Own Cost:

1] Judo Grand Slam,  Abu-Dhabi, UAE: from 30/10 to 2/11/2015
2] African Open, Port Luis, Mauritius: from 6 – 9 Nov. 2015
3] Oceania Open, Wollongong, Austria: from 12-15 Nov. 2015
4] Grand Prix , Qingdao, China: from 19 - 23, Nov. 2015
5] Grand Prix, Jeju, Korea: from 25 - 29, Nov. 2015

Since the Entry permitted through JFI only, you are requested to deposit the money in JFI Account No. 108510011000353 , Andhra Bank, New Delhi – 110003; towards the charges of Hotel Booking (approximately US$150=00 per person per day x  5 days = US$750 per event ), before 40 days of the event.  JFI will send the Entry ( must be IJF Registered ) and payment of your Hotel reservation to the Organising Committee. However you must ensure that you have the IJF approved Judo Dresses, Back numbers, and IJF Registration, as per the IJF Rules. Rest all arrangements like Air-tickets, Visa etc. are the responsibility of the individual. JFI will give you proper receipt of the expenditure carried out on your be-half for participation, and the balance amount if any. You are also advised that JFI is doing this to help Judo players to get more qualifying points and once an entry is sent, it will not be withdrawn lateron.

As per the ACTC,  JFI will apply for the financial assistance from Government, to send the teams and those names     ( first position holders ) will cleared at full cost by the Government, is not required to pay.
