Dear All,

In continuation to my email dated 1st November 2019, regarding the Open Selection Trials for selecting Delhi State Judo Teams for the Junior National Judo Championship has been postponed from 16th and 17th to 28th and 29th November 2019, due to the National School Games and Inter College Judo Championships in November 2019.

According the revised schedule and details are as follows:

Venue : Baba Gangnath Sports  Academy, Munirka Villege, New Delhi.  

Tentative Schedule of the Open Trials is as under :

Over 66kg up to and including 73kg (-73kg)		Over 52kg up to and including 57kg (-57kg)
Over 73kg up to and including 81kg (-81kg)		Over 57kg up to and including 63kg (-63kg)
Over 81kg up to and including 90kg (-90kg)		Over 63kg up to and including 70kg (-70kg)
Over 90kg up to and including 100kg(-100kg)		Over 70kg up to and including 78kg (-78kg)

Age Limit:   Men and Women must be 15 years old or above and under 21 years ( must be born between 1999 and 2004 )

AGE PROOF :  The following Three (3) Original documents must be brought with the team for acceptance as proof of age :-

a]         Original Birth Certificate issued by the local Municipal Corporation/Panchayat Board or equivalent government authority/chief medical officer who is a competent authority.

 

b]       Original Certificate issued by the Principal/Headmaster of the School, mentioning Date of Birth, Father’s Name and Class, where the boy/girl is studying, on official letter head of the School, with Photograph of the student and Affiliation Number issued by State Board/CBSE/Education Deptt., with place of issue, duly attested. The proper address, telephone nos., fax number email Id of the School must be mentioned, in the letter head.

  

c]       Original Aadhar Card issued by the Government Of India.  

 

Note: Xerox Copies/Passport copies of the above must be attached with Final Entry Form. Original documents are to be shown at the time of Accreditation on 1st December 2019.

                                                                                               

Age verification Test Certificate must be produced by all players. Without this AVT certificate a participant will not be allowed to participate.

Entry Fee: Rs.500/- ( Rupees Five hundred only ) per player is payable as Entry Fee for participating in this Trials.

The Rules and Regulations will be as same as the Junior National Judo Championships 2019-20 of JFI. A copy of the same is attached.
