 Dear all,

 I am happy to inform you that the International Judo Federation (IJF) has accepted the amended Constitution of the Judo Federation of India (JFI), which was discussed and approved in the JFI EC meeting held on 23rd July 2026.

 The amended JFI Constitution is fully in line with the National Sports Governance Act 2025, Rules 2026 and IJF Constitution. A copy of the same has already been sent to the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports.

 As per the Hon'ble Delhi High Court order dated 12/02/2026, Judo Federation of India (JFI) has to take steps towards bringing the constitutions of its members fully in line with the mandate of the NSG Act 2025 and the Rules 2026 framed thereunder.

 You are therefore advised to take steps accordingly to amend your constitutions, and send confirmation to JFI for updating the records of member units as per the NSG Act 2025 and Rules 2026.
